Top notch service. Set an appointment, dropped off my truck last Wednesday, got it back yesterday (Tuesday). Drives like it's almost brand new. Went in for an exhaust leak, got recommendations on other repairs such as new ball joints/tie rods. Went with it. All the pricing is fair and honest. I love the fact they specialize in Ford, but they work on all diesel trucks. I highly recommend Done Right Diesel for repairs and service. If you feel that it's taking too long, just have some patience. They take their time to diagnose and find all the problems, which I highly respect. Proper repairs comes with time and patience, and they definitely do it Right.

Disappointed. I scheduled a service a week in advance due to their policy for trucks service a day. I dropped my truck off before 9:00 and over thoroughly everything on the truck wanted a full inspection and the only service needed was a fuel filter replacement. To my disappointment by 2:00 in the afternoon I have not heard anything from them so I called. They told me they haven't looked at my truck yet and they will be getting on it after lunch. I do not understand why I scheduled the appointment when I dropped it off at 9:00 if they were not going to be able to look at it till after 2:00 pm. Needless to say I was not happy. By 4:30 they said that I needed to pick the truck up because they were getting ready to leave had a list of issues with the truck that now they could not work on because it was too late. I heard a lot of good things about this location I had very high expectations but I was let down.

Done Right Diesel’s service was spectacular! I drove eleven and a half hours from Alabama to Margate, Florida, because they’ve done great work for me before and are incredibly skilled. Two other shops tried and couldn’t figure out why my truck was jerky and cutting off when I stopped, a tricky problem they’d never seen. Done Right Diesel took a week to diagnose, fixed it fast, worked extra hours without charging me more, and were super helpful. They even wrote a detailed report for my local mechanics in Alabama to reference if they see this issue. The drive home was smooth with no problems. I waited a few days to write this review to confirm everything was okay, and it’s still running perfectly. Huge thanks to the team!”

Awesome Diesel mechanic business! Me being mechanically inclined and always work on my own vehicles I could not figure out my issue. After taking to Ford dealership and then E&F in Pompano, they referred me to DONE RIGHT DIESEL these crew had my truck figured out in a few days. My truck is running perfect that will be the only place I take my truck to from now on, just have patience when they are working on your vehicle 🙏 thank you done right diesel
